Peter began piano lessons
at the age of seven and, as his talents flourished, it was not long before
he became a regular participant in local concerts in his native Leicestershire.
After graduating from The Royal Manchester College of Music, Peter's professional
career and experience now spans over 30 years. Most of that time has been
as a Head of Music in secondary education, but in a continually busy schedule,
Peter has also enjoyed conducting choirs and musically directing many
popular shows and musicals, as well as being much in demand as an accompanist.
With his sensitive style of playing, Peter is a popular pianist in hotels
and restaurants and has delighted literally thousands of guests from all
over the world, with many positively commenting how the evening or the
occasion has, for them, been made ‘extra special’ and ‘most
enjoyable’.
|
| With an impressively wide-ranging repertoire
of easy-listening piano music, classical and popular, to entertain people
of all ages, Peter readily invites and indeed enjoys responding to ‘requests'
whilst creating just that perfect ambience to enhance the particular occasion,
be it a wedding, anniversary, birthday, dinner party or some other special
celebration.
Peter has his own Roland piano, which incorporates the very best in
digital technology to produce a warm and expressive tone so that guests
are assured of listening to a beautiful yet unobtrusive, classic piano
sound, pleasantly complementing the occasion, whether in a large banqueting
suite, marquee or the comfort of one’s own home.

For
your civil or church ceremony, Peter will entertain your guests beforehand
with a selection of light classical melodies creating the perfect ambience
for the occasion of your marriage, followed by relaxing music during the
signing of the register and closing on either a traditional note or more
up-tempo musical finale - as you wish.
During your 'Drinks Reception', you will be entertained with music in a
lighter style to suit the mood of the moment.
For your 'Wedding Breakfast', you will receive a musical welcome as you
make your way to your table and, as you and your guests enjoy your meal,
you can request your favourite melodies,
using individual request forms.
Whilst
Relaxing .......
As an
alternative, if a disco 'party night' is not really your scene, then why
not enjoy a more soothing evening's entertainment as you listen to more
piano requests while relaxing with your guests.
